Installation

Install the Runme client for your use-case. The VS Code extension is a great way to start building and running Notebooks (if you don't want to install VS Code, it's easy to launch a Notebook UI in your browser). The CLI makes it easy to direcly execute commands from your existing Notebooks. Also, if you have Notebooks you want to test in CI/CD, check out the Github Action.

Runme’s Client Interfaces

Runme provides multiple client interfaces that enable you to interact with Runme’s kernel. You can install Runme based on your preferred client interface. These client interfaces include:

• VS Code extension (includes Cursor and PearAI)
• Open VSX extension (includes VSCodium and Theia)
• CLI for the terminal
• Self-hosted web app version
• CDE's like Codespaces, Gitpod and IDX, Azure AI Studio
• Docker
• Github action
